Restaurant manager wanted for Boutique brand

Salary up to 30k

We are currently looking to recruit a restaurant manager for our well established and successful restaurant in the hustle and bustle of the West End. Part of a growing portfolio of sites we already operate 3 stylish, food led venues and are always looking for new opportunities. Serving seasonal, fresh produce in a service led environment we are offering you an opportunity to grow with us in this exceptional restaurant group.

As the new Restaurant Manager you will be incredibly motivated to succeed with a real passion for fresh food. Working closely with the General Manger and part of a passionate team you will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant offering exceptional customer service at all times. Reporting to the General Manger you will be a hands-on manager who works well in a team; someone who understands the importance of working hard and can inspire people to reach the same objectives.

If you:

• Have at least 4years experience within a similar managerial role in a business turning over at least 50k / week
• Are passionate about the industry and have a social interest in the London night life
• Have experience in managing a team of people
• Enjoy a challenge and are motivated by success rather than title’s or money
