Hands on General Manager wanted for rapidly developing restaurant group.

Salary: 35k – 40k plus bonus

Location: London

We are currently looking for a hands on and dynamic General Manager to take on our flag ship, split level restaurant in Central London. This fantastic, tapas style fresh food business is part of a rapidly expanding group of eclectic sites and are offing you a great opportunity to develop your career

As the new General Manger you will be incredibly people focussed and enjoy spending your time interacting with guests and staff alike. A self motivated individual; you will always be looking at new ways to get the best out of your team while training them to be the next managers within the company. You will be proactive in your approach and take responsibility for the business as if it were your own.

If you:

• Have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Are passionate about people and the hospitality industry
• Have worked in a split level business
• Are standards driven with a hands on approach to management
