General Manager wanted for exciting new concept

Salary – 30k plus 10k bonus

We are currently looking for a new General Manger for a fantastic new concept in London. Part of an international and well known brand the UK is next and with 3 sites already and 4 more planned for the year ahead is’s a great time to get involved!

Serving fresh seasonal food with an American influence they offer a fresh, eclectic menu from morning to night. With a rich history this great business has a huge american following and also has a great cocktail offer to really add to the experience.

As the new General Manger you will report directly to a people driven Operations Director who is looking for someone to grow with him and his business. A people driven manager you will have a real love for the hospitality trade and your own vision of how to make your site and this business a success. Someone who takes pride in what they do and really wants to succeed within the hospitality sector.

If you:

• Have at least 2 years experience within a similar environment.
• Love the hospitality industry and really want to grow with a business.
• Are passionate about food and drink and have a real desire to succeed within the restaurant environment
