We are currently looking for a Fantastic Deputy Manager to take the helm of this exciting and successful branded restaurant. As the new Deputy Manager you will be reporting directly to the GM and be passionate about the industry; someone who loves working with fresh ingredients and can lead and motivate a willing and dedicated team. Always striving for 100% guest satisfaction you will be someone who is sales driven and always looking for new ways to improve your business.

If you;

• Have at least 18months experience in a similar environment
• Have good business acumen with an understanding of P&L.
• The ability to coach and develop a team
• Have really high energy and are passionate about the industry with a hands on approach to management
