Enthusiastic Assistant Manager wanted for fast paced branded restaurant

Salary 22 – 26k

We are currently looking for a dynamic and training focussed Assistant Manager to help grow this fantastic new fresh food brand.

Based in East London and backed by an incredibly successful entrepreneur this fantastic business already has 2 sites and is looking to expand over the coming years. Fun, upbeat and fast paced we are now looking for you to add your own personality to a diverse and successful team.

As the new Assistant Manager you will be reporting directly to a training focussed and inspirational Cluster GM and be responsible for the business in his absence. You will be very hands on with a real passion for customer service and a love of the industry. Someone who has bundles of energy and thrives on the buzz that you get from a busy restaurant.

If you

Have at least 2 years experience within a busy hospitality environment

Are able to manage a diverse team with a proved track record of success

Love the industry and are looking to further your career.

Have an understanding of P&L’s
