Enthusiastic and driven Operations Manager wanted for expanding bar group.

Location Midlands

Salary 50k plus bonus scheme

We are currently looking for a driven and self managed operations manager to help us grow this rapidly expanding bar group. This cool, trendy bar group is currently one of the UK’s fastest growing brands and looking to open over 25 sites next year alone.

As the newly appointed operations manger you will be overseeing a diverse group of up to 10 units and reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be incredibly creative and sales driven with a real passion for the industry with the imaginative flair to drive a business forward. You will have an entrepreneurial outlook on business always looking to challenge your General Manager’s to get the best results from their businesses.

If you:

• Have at least 2years experience in a similar environment.
• Are able to work autonomously
• Have a detailed understanding of P&L’s
• Are a passionate leader always looking to help your teams succeed
• Are strategic in planning with in depth knowledge and understanding of your business knowing exactly what is needed to achieve
