Creative, driven cocktail bar manager wanted for premium bar/restaurant group

We are currently looking for a dynamic and creative bar manager to lead a new dynamic team in our new venture. Part of a well-established and premium business we are due to open our 11^th site and are looking for you to be the manager that leads the bar. This modern split level venue is looking to turn over up to 120k / week and serving exceptional fresh food with a unique, seasonal cocktail menu to match.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with the group beverage manager you will be fully responsible for the entire operation of the bar. Taking charge of menu creation, stock control, management of a 20 strong team you will have a real passion for the bar industry and always be looking to push forward with new ideas.

If you:

• Have at least 2years experience within a similar managerial role in a business turning over at least 60k / week
• Are passionate about the industry and have a social interest in the London night life
• Have experience in managing a team of people
• Enjoy a challenge and are motivated by success rather than title’s or money
• Have previous experience with menu creation both in cocktails and wine
