Hi. I’m Daniela. I provide HR consultancy services to help you create happy and engaged employees who support your business goals.

I’ve been in HR for nearly 20 years and the last 7 have been in a consultancy capacity. I have a Masters in Human Resource Management and I am CIPD qualified. Some of the amazing companies I have been fortunate enough to work with in my career include Wagamama, Byron Hamburgers and Gail’ Artisan Bakery.

Hospitality is such a unique and diverse industry. People are at the core of what you do so it’s vital that you have strong people practises that support your organisational values and goals. Every company is different, so I work closely with you to really understand what your brand is about and what will work for you. I am operationally focused and understand the challenges you face. HR processes are not just something you ‘have to have’ because of legislation, although you do, of course, always need to be legally compliant! When developed and implemented in the right way for your brand they work for you and help you to create and retain happy, engaged and productive employees that drive and create a sustainable, successful business.
