Deputy General Manager wanted for growing bar and restaurant business.

Salary 35k plus 10k bonus.

We are currently looking for a Deputy General Manager for a very successful and popular restaurant and events business in London. Part of a small but growing company this great site has a real neighbourhood feel whilst offering impeccable service and a seasonal, fresh menu.

As the new Deputy General Manager you will be fully responsible for the business in the General Managers absence. Someone who loves the industry, you will be passionate about the hospitality trade and able to deliver impeccable service in a very busy environment. Always looking to go that extra mile to ensure 100% guest satisfaction you will have a bright and bubbly personality with a real drive to succeed.

If you:

Have at least 2 years experience in a similar role within a site turing over at least 60k / week

• Have Full understanding of P&L’s with the ability to think outside of the box to grow your business
• Are passionate about the industry as a whole and keen to learn and develop your career.
• Are standards driven with a proven track record of success
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
