Hands on General Manager wanted for quirky cocktail bar / restaurant.

Salary: 28k plus bonus

We are currently looking for a fun and quirky individual to take the helm of this fantastic cocktail bar, restaurant in the heart of Central London. Individual in style this small, intimate dining experience is part of a growing group of restaurants and offers a great opportunity to anyone looking to add a bit of their own personality to a business.

As the new General Manager you will have a hands on approach to management with a personal interest in the new bar trends popping up all over London. Creative in your approach you will be the face of the business and always looking for new ideas to drive your business forward. You will be able to manage a small diverse team and able to deal with fast paced service and in a high turnover environment

If you:

• Have at least 2 years management experience in a cocktail bar or restaurant
• Are passionate about people and the hospitality industry
• Are standards driven with a hands on approach to management
• Have a  good understanding of P&L’s
