Deputy General Manager wanted for exciting new hospitality project

Salary 35k plus 10k bonus

We are currently looking for a Deputy General Manager for a brand new Central London business offering restaurant, bar and events space. Split over several floors this unique and exciting project is part of a growing company who already have some great venues spread over London. Serving a fresh seasonal menu with a New York inspired cocktail offering this exciting new space is going to be “the” destination venue for many years to come.

As the new Deputy General Manager you will report directly to an experienced General Manger and be responsible for the venue in the GM’s absence. Someone who has good experience within a split level venue you will have a keen eye for detail and be able to delegate responsibility to a multi-cultural team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in what they do and has a social interest in the booming London bar and restaurant scene

If you:

• Have at least 2 years expense in a similar venue.
• Are business savvy with a keen eye for detail
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Are standards driven with a proven track record of success
